Sturmovik Commander

‘Sturmovik Commander’ (the Game) is owned by its main editor – Marcin Gerkowicz – and is protected by Polish law, especially by “Ustawa z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych” (Dz.U. 2007 nr 181 poz. 1293) and similar Polish and international acts.

You may download, print or redistribute the Game for free for private use in any number copies you wish.

You may not  sold it or use it in any commercial purposes without written permission.

However you may use the Game on any hobby events you wish, whatever commercial or not, or you may use to promote miniatures.

By publishing rules suggestion or plane designs on the Game’s official forum you agreed that it could be used in official rules without any further permission.

This licence and the Game itself may be changed or upgraded in any time without warning, and by downloading it you agree for its “as is” status.
